Working principle
The materials are conveyed to the crushing equipment for crushing through the belt conveyor. The crushed materials fall into the belt conveyor and are sent out. The sent materials are folded back to the belt conveyor above the vibrating screen through the rotating hopper to transport the materials to the vibrating screen. The qualified materials screened by the vibrating screen are either sent out by the sorting hopper or sent out of the stack by the belt conveyor below the vibrating screen. The unqualified large materials are directly sent back to the crushing chamber of the crusher for further crushingMain structure: it is mainly composed of frame part, eccentric shaft rotating part, crushing chamber working part, safety device, discharge port adjusting device, etc.
1. Frame part: it is composed of side plate, front box assembly, rear box weldment, etc.
2. Eccentric shaft rotating part: mainly composed of movable jaw, eccentric shaft, bearing, bearing seat, belt pulley, etc. It is the main part of transmitting power.
3. Working part of crushing chamber: mainly composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, side lining plate, guard plate, etc., it is the working part of crushing materials.
4. Safety device: it is composed of elbow plate, elbow plate seat, spring, spring pull rod, etc. it is a part of the crusher that plays a role of safety under abnormal conditions.
5. Discharge port adjusting device: the device is used to adjust the size of the discharge port and control the discharge particle size. It is mainly composed of adjusting fixed inclined block, adjusting sliding inclined block, jackscrew bolt, sliding block locking pull rod, etc.
