The impact crusher is named according to its working principle. It uses the principle of "stone striking iron" to crush materials. It is a kind of crushing equipment finer than the jaw crusher. Working principle

 LF large diameter impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials. When the machine is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed. After the materials enter the rotor, they impact and break with the plate hammer on the rotor, and then bounce back from the reaction lining plate to the plate hammer action area for re breaking. This process is repeated. The materials enter the first, second and third reaction chambers from large to small for repeated breaking until the materials are broken to the required particle size and are discharged from the discharge port. Adjusting the clearance between the reaction frame and the rotor can change the particle size and shape of the material.
